Margaret Duane - "We were sorry to learn that Margaret Duane passed away on 10 May 2011 after a short stay in hospital. Like Bob Dixon and Leila Berg, Margaret was very supportive of our project. She provided us with a wealth of information about Michael and we are sad that she will not get to see the finished book."
